WhereNext Creative Secures Three-Year Contract for CEELA Phase II Communications
Cuenca, Ecuador - Project CEELA promotes 15 energy efficiency and adaptive comfort to transform Latin American building sector.
BOGOTÁ, Colombia (May 2025) — WhereNext Creative is proud to announce it has been awarded a new three-year contract to lead both video production and social media strategy for CEELA Phase II—an international initiative advancing energy efficiency in buildings across Latin America. The comprehensive engagement, led by EBP, Colbun, and Carbon Trust, and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), marks a significant milestone for WhereNext Creative as it doubles down on its mission to amplify purpose-driven work in the Americas and beyond.
Under this contract, WhereNext will produce a suite of strategic deliverables, including a documentary-style video series shot across Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, and Peru, as well as over 75 video capsules, infographics, animations, and social media campaigns tailored to LinkedIn and Facebook. The creative concept—“Construir ideas para cambiar vidas” (“Building Ideas to Change Lives”)—will spotlight human-centered stories that champion collaboration, equity, education, and sustainable construction.
Animated video created for Project CEELA and Minergie, a Swiss certification standard for sustainable urban development, focused on minimizing energy consumption, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and promoting energy-efficient and comfortable living spaces.
“Winning this dual contract is about more than just new work; it’s a reaffirmation of what we’re capable of as a multidisciplinary team,” said Sandra Eichmann, General Manager and Executive Producer at WhereNext Creative. “After our incredible run with USAID’s Destination Nature, this moment energizes us. It proves we’ve built a resilient and world-class agency, one trusted to carry forward complex international missions with empathy, strategy, and cinematic flair.”
This win follows WhereNext’s acclaimed campaign Finding Encanto—a Cannes Corporate Media & TV Award winner—and recent sustainability and natural history-focused content for WWF, WRI, Netflix, and Swisscontact. With a 30+ country footprint and bilingual production teams embedded across the region, WhereNext Creative remains uniquely positioned to deliver impact through storytelling in Latin America and beyond.
