Tell us about yourself.

My name is Angélica. I am 25 years old and I’m from Bucaramanga, Santander. I am a graphic designer. I love animals so much; I volunteered at an animal foundation for almost a year. I grew up and studied in Bucaramanga, and five years ago, I moved to Bogotá. I love nature and enjoy taking long walks, especially in nature and the outdoors.

What was your most memorable travel experience?

My most memorable travel experience was about six years ago when we traveled to Cartagena. It was a very special trip because it was my father's birthday and I was moving to Bogotá the following week. After many years, my parents were returning to the coast, and I was getting to know it for the first time.

Dead or alive, who would you like to join you on an adventure?

If I could choose anyone to join me on an adventure, it would be my brother. Although we live in different cities, we see each other often and spend time together and travel, but we have never considered a trip just the two of us, and I think it would be quite an interesting and funny adventure.

What are your travel equipment essentials?

My essential travel equipment would be comfortable clothes to walk around all day wherever. I never have cash, so I'd need to bring some because anything can happen, and my cell phone because I often get lost, but there is nothing that a little crisis and google maps can't solve.

Angélica loves to spend time in nature and is passionate about animals

When did you feel happiest?

When I felt the happiest was when I moved to Bogotá. I was there for almost ten months without returning home, and although I was living with my brother, I missed my parents and my city. So I could perhaps say that my happiest moment so far was when I returned home.

Angélica’s biggest life lessons came form all the people in her life.

Who taught you your biggest life lesson, and what was it?

I believe that everyone is the union of many things, customs, lessons, and habits of all the people one has known throughout their life. My biggest lesson has been taught to me by life itself and all the people in my life: not to take anything for granted and always enjoy what and who you have in this present moment.

You can teleport to any restaurant on Earth: where do you go, and what do you order?

If I could teleport to any restaurant on earth, I would go to Giordano's pizzeria in Chicago. That pizza has a significant meaning and value, and I need to try it one day.

Tell us about the most adventurous food you’ve ever eaten.

I don't usually take risks with food; my goal in life is to try more and think less.

Drink of choice?

My drink of choice is coconut lemonade, in this and every future life.

Where do you feel most at home?

I feel most at home when I hear the sounds of nature or see some orchids.
